80th Anniversary D-Day

Emotional, touching and thought provoking is how I would describe the undertaking by BT4TW, for the beneficiaries, riders and support staff on the Normandy 80 visit.
Current Veterans, serving Military, Police and Civilians, with their wide and varied experience of conflicts and actions, were able to see and experience some of the places, beaches and areas where previous veterans before them landed and fought for peace and liberty, some making the ultimate sacrifice and who will forever be part of Normandy.
For those who were able to pay their respects during this time, as they battle with their own struggles, and for me to be able to help be part of making that happen was truly the most humbling opportunity of my life.
Well done to all the organisers and thanks hugely for asking me to play my part in a much wider and far reaching undertaking.

Wild West Challenge
2022
I first saw BC Motorcycle Tours & BT4TW at the bike show in 2018 and thought it was a great way to have an adventure whilst also helping others. So I signed up for a Wild West Adventure.
It well and truly delivered. So much so, I have done 3 more tours, including the Normandy 80th anniversary tour.

All the tours gave me a sense of belonging, comradeship and a million laughs. ​I have witnessed the change in everyone, not just the veterans, but the riders and supporters too. It brings strangers together in a way that cannot be explained.
​
Friendships are formed and continue afterwards, providing a connection to those you would never have met.
​
It is a truly meaningful experience I will cherish and hope to repeat again and again.
